§ Mr. WaldegraveI was informed of this by the hon. Member on 6 May, who drew my attention to the report inThe Scotsman dated 3 May. I now understand that a British scientist working at the International Atomic Energy Agency telephoned staff of the CEGB on 29 April 1986 to ascertain who would be able to advise on graphite fires.
