§ Mr. Kenneth BakerThe terms of the chairman's appointment take account of the guidance to Departments on non-departmental public bodies issued by the Cabinet Office (MPO) and Her Majesty's Treasury. A copy of the guidance is in the Library. The terms of appointment do not preclude the chairman from accepting other paid appointments. However, they do require him to declare any potential conflict of interest, financial or otherwise, to the members of the London Residuary Body's board; and to agree arrangements with them to avoid any such conflict.
