§ Mr. RidleyI refer to my reply to the hon. Member for Bristol, East (Mr. Sayeed) on 24 March, at column 365. Since that date 38 representations about the future of pilotage have been made either to me or my noble Friend the Minister for shipping. The representations have included expressions both of support for our proposals for new legislation, and of opposition to them.
