§ Mr. Tim Smithasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will make it his policy in relation to the limited list to ensure that general practioners may use brand name of a drug in lieu of the generic form when the manufacturer of that drug agrees to supply it to the National Health Service at the prevailing drug tariff price.
