§ Mr. David MitchellFour thousand seven hundred copies of the Department's leaflet "Channel Tunnel: How to Make Your Voice Heard" were sent to Kent local authorities, Members of Parliament, the Channel Tunnel Group's information centre in Folkestone and other interested bodies on 21 April. Since then the Department has distributed a further 13,000 copies to individuals and groups, many of them in Kent.
