§ Mr. Pavittasked the Secretary of State for Defence why the Property Services Agency gave an extra payment of £1 million to the Association of Metropolitan Authorities in respect of 35, Great Smith street.
§ Mr. Norman LamontThe Property Services Agency has made no such payment. I understand, however, that £1.037 million was paid recently by International Military Services limited as a reverse premium for the disposal of its interest in the lease of 35 Great Smith street.
