§ Mr. MooreWe have received a number of representations that the Budget proposals to prevent abuse of charity tax reliefs may cause difficulty for some bona fide charities. As my hon. Friend the Economic Secretary said on 6 May 1986, at column 81, we fully recognise the questions that have been raised; we are considering them most carefully, and we will respond to them during the passage of the Finance Bill.
