§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if he will give the estimated lifetime cost of caring for a child severely handicapped as a result of rubella; and if he will give the estimated lifetime cost of caring for all children handicapped as a result of rubella in the United Kingdom;
(2) if he will give the estimated lifetime cost of caring for a child severely disabled as a result of measles; and if he will give the estimated lifetime cost of caring for all children handicapped as a result of measles in the United Kingdom.
