§ Mr. Alan ClarkAll Government schemes of financial assistance for exporters are available to the power plant industry and it has made considerable use of them. More than a third of the aid and trade provision has been used to support projects in the power sector and my Department is in regular discussion with individual manufacturers about the scope for ATP grant or soft loan assistance for their sales efforts in increasingly competitive overseas markets.
