§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Defence what assessment he has made of the state of repair of the water tank, the property of his Department, at Walker drive, South Queensferry; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Lee[pursuant to his reply, 25 April 1986, column 262]: The water tank in question was sold by my Department along with other land in 1978 to the Lothian regional council. Its current condition is therefore a matter for that council or its successors.
