§ Mr. Peter Bruinvelsasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will make a statement on the general trend in the levels of numbers of serving members of the Royal Ulster Constabulary about whom recruitment inquiries have been made by police forces in Great Britain in the past three years.
