§ Mr. MellorThe readily available information about the date and circumstances of death and the inquest verdicts in respect of prisoners aged under 21 who have died in Prison Department custody (including outside hospitals) in England and Wales since 1 January 1980 is as follows.
It is not the practice to publish the names of such prisoners.
