§ Mr. WhitneyThe draft circular and guide to arrangements for inter-agency co-operation for the protection of children were issued on 6 May to a wide range of interested organisations including the local authority associations and each local authority with social services responsibilities. Written comments which could if necessary be supplemented by discussion are being sought by 30 September.
