Enoch Powellasked the Prime Minister how the administration of the Prevention of Terrorism Act will be affected by the undertaking given at the Tokyo conference by France, West Germany, Japan, Canada, Italy and the United States of America not to admit to their respective territories persons excluded from the United Kingdom under that Act.
