§ Mr. RentonFamily reunification is currently being discussed at Berne at the conference on security and co-operation in Europe expert meeting on human contacts. There will be a further opportunity to press for progress over divided families, and human rights, at the CSCE follow-up meeting which convenes in Vienna in November. The Government will ensure that due regard is paid at Vienna to the human rights and humanitarian provisions of the Helsinki Final Act and Madrid concluding document.
