§ Mr. Chris Smithasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list for each application for additional housing investment programme resources in 1986–87, submitted by local authorities to his Department's urban housing renewal unit (a) the name of the local authority submitting the application, (b) the name and location of the proposed scheme, (c) whether changes in housing management involved as an integral part of the scheme include (i) decentralised management, or (ii) delegation of management, or (iii) involvement of tenants in other ways, or (iv) other changes, giving details of how tenants are to be involved in other ways or of other changes proposed, (d) the number of new dwellings to be provided, (e) the cost of work to existing dwellings, (f) the cost of work to the environment, (g) the average cost of work per dwelling, (h) the market value of the improved properties (total of existing plus new), (i) how many private developers have been approached to participate in the proposed scheme and what results have arisen from these approaches, (j) the stage reached and forecast timetable for (i) committee for the outline scheme, (ii) tenant consultation, (iii) committee agreement to invite tenders, (iv) decision on tenders and (v) any other approval needed from his Department and (k) the amount of the estimated total cost of the scheme to be met by (i) housing investment programme resources, (ii) urban programme resources for housing related projects, (iii) urban programme resources for community refurbishment schemes, (iv) urban development grant, (v) other public sector funded programmes, (vi) private developer and (vii) housing association (housing association grant element of scheme).
