§ Mr. Peter BottomleyDrinking and driving is a year-round problem. Information and promotional material is always available to the public. Our rolling paid publicity programme focuses on this problem during those parts of the year when it is most important to remind drivers of the risks they face if they mix drinking and driving. I will consider further initiatives. Knowledge, self-discipline and enforcement all matter.
