§ Mr. Tom KingThe Anglo-Irish agreement has been approved by Parliament, and required no amendment to domestic law to come into force. The Government retain responsibility for the decisions and administration of government in Northern Ireland and statutory powers and duties remain as they were before the agreement came into force.
