§ Mr. Maxtonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many matrimonial interdicts with powers of arrest attached have been delivered to the eight police forces in Scotland in terms of section 15(4) of the Matrimonial Homes (Family Protection) (Scotland) Act 1981 since its introduction on 1 September 1982 in total, to each force and in each year; and how many of the interdicts with attached powers of arrest have been recalled or terminated by divorce.
