§ Mr. RentonThe Soviet Union protested to Her Majesty Ambassador in Moscow about our support for the United States action against terrorist targets in Libya. He responded vigorously. Bilateral exchanges with the Soviet 185W Union continue, including a recent successful visit by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Energy. We look to the Soviet Union to use its influence with Libya to restrain it from promoting terrorism.
