§ Mr. HurdThe agencies engaged by the Home Office during the past five financial years, and the sums spent through these agencies, are as follows. The greater part of all these sums have been spent on buying advertising space and airtime and on production and a much smaller proportion on commission or fees to the agencies concerned.
