§ Mr. Michael SpicerThe statement of policy adopted by the European Conference of Civil Aviation last year formally acknowledged the importance of taking the needs of consumers fully into account in its work. The Government are now pressing other ECAC members to agree that appropriate international consumer organisations should be invited to attend ECAC meetings of concern to them.
