§ Mr. HowardI have received a number of representations from those interested in the concept of unitising property, and the subject was discussed on 6 March in the Standing Committee considering the Financial Services Bill. I refer my hon. Friend to what my hon. Friend the Member for Coventry, South-West (Mr. Butcher) said on that occasion at columns 465 to 467. Discussions are continuing with interested parties, including other Government Departments.
