§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department in which penal establishments pay telephones have so far been installed for prisoners' use; how many pay telephones have been installed in each establishment; and when pay telephones will be installed in other open establishments.
§ Mr. MellorPay telephones (using phonecards) are being introduced for the use of prisoners in open establishments. No such telephones have yet been installed; they should be installed in most open establishments by the end of April and as soon as practicable after that in other open establishments.
