§ Mr. Tony Banks
asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what steps he is taking, following the 547W abolition of the Greater London council, to seek to ensure that an all London forum of black and ethnic minority youth will continue to be resourced.

§ Mr. Waddington
As from 1 April 1986, it is for the London boroughs, singly or collectively as appropriate, to decide on the support, if any, to be provided by them to particular activities and voluntary organisations.
