§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if, pursuant to the answer of 17 March to the hon. Member for Warley, East, he will now give the equivalent information about countries receiving aid or loans since 1979 under the first Lomé convention.
§ Mr. RaisonI shall write to the hon. Member with information about aid commitments by the European Community to Africa, Caribbean and Pacific countries under the first Lomé convention.
