§ Mr. Archerasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what are (a) the average costs by type, including architect and other fees, of building new dwellings in Belfast and (b) the estimated costs by type, including building costs, fees, interest, maintenance and management charges over a 60-year period of new dwellings in Belfast.
§ Mr. Needham[pursuant to his reply, 24 March 1986]: (a) Based on tenders received during 1985, the average cost of new houses, including fees, were as follows:
