§ The Prime MinisterThe Manchester Moss Side task force is part of the Government's inner cities initiative, for which my right hon. and noble Friend the Secretary of State for Employment has overall responsibility. The day-to-day management of the initiative is the responsibility of my right hon. and learned Friend the Paymaster General and Minister for Employment.
