Mr. Mark Robinson

None. On the contrary, the initial revenue allocation of £127 million notified to South Glamorgan for 1985–86 represents a cash increase of 4.6 per cent. over the previous year. In 1986–87 South Glamorgan will receive an initial allocation of £135 million, which represents a cash increase of 5.6 per cent. over its 1985–86 provision.
