asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they have reached a decision on granting British citizenship to non-ethnic Chinese of Hong Kong, who are British Dependent Territory

However, while there is little concrete evidence to show how criminals obtained their weapons, one must accept that a number of the firearms stolen will subsequently have been used in further crimes.

Citizens, in view of the fact that Lord Glenarthur promised [Official Report, 20/1/86; col. 100] that, "we shall consider the matter again very carefully".
