§ Sir George YoungI understand that the application conforms with the section 52 agreement. The agreement is entirely a matter between the LDDC, the Port of London Authority, the London borough of Newham and the developers. The report of the noise consultant was commissioned by the LDDC to identify appropriate noise insulation measures and the scale of installation of sound barriers.
