§ Dr. Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish the average rate increase at ratepayer level, for authorities, county and districts, in each non-metropolitan county, metropolitan county and in the Greater London area in each year from 1975–76 to 1985–86, showing also the overall percentage change over this period.
§ Mr. Kenneth BakerThe figures have been published annually by the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy in "Finance and General Statistics" (previously "Finance, General and Rating Statistics") since 1977–78.
Figures for 1975–76 and 1976–77 were published by DOE in "Rates and Rateable Values".
