§ Mrs. RumboldOn 25 February the London Residuary Body announced a levy of £48 million for 1986–87.
The residuary body's overall budget takes account of the balances that will be left by the GLC when it is abolished.
§ 22. Mr. Sedgemoreasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what representations he has received from voluntary organisations in response to the announcement of transitional grants under the Local Government Act 1985.

it is impossible to give an accurate assessment of the likely level of redundancies until authorities have finished recruiting to fulfil their new responsibilities".I agree with him.
§ 58. Mrs. Clwydasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what representations he has received since I March from voluntary organisations concerning their continued funding in the Greater London and metropolitan areas after 1 April.
§ Sir George YoungSince 1 March I have received 14 representations from voluntary groups expressing concern about their future funding after 1 April.
