asked the Secretary of State for Defence when he intends to publish the results of the review of the Crown Proceedings Act as it relates to service personnel; and if he will make a statement.

The review of section 10 of the Crown Proceedings Act 1947 has not yet been completed. As soon as it has and decisions have been taken an announcement will be made.
