§ Mr. TraceyThe Department of Trade and Industry, which leads on European regional development fund matters, is seeking a final decision from the European Commission on applications submitted for grant aid from areas which lost their assisted area status in November 1984. The Commission's decision will be notified to the authorities concerned as soon as possible.
