§ Mr. TrippierDecisions on the allocation of resources to particular areas of work are a matter for the executive, subject to the limits set by the Government on its total salary expenditure and manpower. The executive plans to increase the number of industrial air pollution inspectors in the field, up to five new inspectors are expected to take up post shortly.
