Member for Hammersmith of 10 February, Official Report, column 356.
§ Mr. ButcherThe potential security risk created by electromagnetic radiation from visual display and other units has been known and accepted for many years. In 1980 and 1981 an enhanced programme to extend protection was proposed and approved. This is being implemented where appropriate.
