§ Mr. David MitchellGovernment policy is that arrangements for concessionary travel should remain as far as possible the responsibility of local authorities. In London, the boroughs have agreed on the continuation of the existing arrangements which LRT will be administering on their behalf.
§ 31. Mr. Stephen Rossasked the Secretary of State for Transport what representations he has received following the publication of his concessionary fare regulations under the Transport Act 1985.
