§ The Attorney-GeneralI am not aware of any special factors causing delays on the Wales and Chester circuit as a whole. If the hon. Member has a particular case or court in mind I would ask him to draw it to the attention of my noble Friend the Lord Chancellor so that inquiries can be made.
