§ Mr. GummerInspectors of my Department visited premises where horses were sold by auction on 236 occasions in 1985, and reported as appropriate on their findings, particularly in relation to the level of compliance with the code of practice on the operation of horse markets issued by the Agriculture Departments in 1979.
