§ Mr. Nicholas Bakerasked the Paymaster General if he will introduce legislation imposing a requirement that companies obtaining work permits for the employment of foreign nationals should state what steps they will take to train a citizen of the United Kingdom to take over the job at the expiry of the work permit.
