Whether an estimate has yet been obtained of the likely damage to the foundations of banks, churches and other buildings in the City of London if an extension of the planned docklands underground railway were to be approved; on whom falls the cost of obtaining such an estimate; and who would be responsible for making good any damage to the six churches mainly concerned, two of which are among the major glories of British architecture.
