§ Mrs. Rumbold[pursuant to her reply, 7 March 1986, c. 287]: I have received one letter, which has been redirected to the Secretary of State for Employment, since the leak, which affected employees of the factory concerned. This is a matter for investigation by the Health and Safety Executive.
