§ Mr. Steenasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will instruct the enforcements office of the Inland Revenue to refrain from instituting proceedings against Mr. R. H. Hoyle of Golden Plam, Kingswear, relating to his alleged liability for his deceased brother's debts, until the outstanding matters raised in connection with this case in correspondence between the hon. Member for South Hams and the Financial Secretary, the right hon. Member for Croydon, Central (Mr. Moore) have been resolved; and if he will make a statement.
