Mr. Craigen

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what information his Department has available about rent levels paid by university students living away from home in private and public sector accomodation.

The table sets out the most recent estimates of average private sector rents the average hall of residence charges produced by the National Union of Students (NUS) and the Committee of Vice-Chancellors
