§ Mr. Cabornasked the Prime Minister whether she has agreed a date and venue with the Commonwealth Secretary-General and the Heads of Government of Zambia, Australia, the Bahamas, Canada, India, the United Kingdom and Zimbabwe for the meeting envisaged in paragraph seven of the Commonwealth accord on southern Africa adopted in October 1985.
