§ Mr. Fatchettasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if, pursuant to his reply of 4 March, he will list the 32 local education authorities which have spent less in real terms in 1983–84, as measured by the gross domestic product deflator, on the repair and maintenance of schools and colleges, in comparison with 1982–83.
