asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what is his estimate of expenditure on grants to private woodland owners in (a) 1985–86 and (b) 1986–87 under (i) the forestry grant scheme, (ii) dedication schemes and (iii) the broadleaved woodlands grant scheme.
