§ Mrs. ChalkerWe have made very clear to the South African Government on a number of occasions recently, both here and in South Africa, our deep concern on human rights and the need to eliminate apartheid. These were among the issues discussed when my right hon. and learned Friend met the South African ambassador on 13 February.
