§ Mr. Michael SpicerI refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave my hon. Friend the Member for Devon, North (Mr. Speller) on 10 December 1985. The number of prosecutions so far in 1985–86 is 149,000 and the number of out-of-court settlements is 109,000.
